Arkansas Baptist College (ABC) is a private, historically black, four-year liberal arts college located in downtown Little Rock, Arkansas, near the River Market area and the Clinton Presidential Library. Originally known as the Minister's Institute, the College was established in 1884 by both white and black religious leaders. In April 1885, the name of the school was changed to Arkansas Baptist
